About Us
Mission | Founder
Christ Children’s Care in Sierra Leone is a Christian ministry providing religious support, education, food, and more to the impoverished Christian children and their families who are so vulnerable in this area.
Approximately $80,000 has been spent on the above projects for the past seven years. Funds were raised locally and internationally. Overall, the implemented projects have created positive impacts in the lives of vulnerable children in our area.
The Children are in good condition, eating three meals a day, good looking, medically treated if sick, and now have access to school and an education that includes Bible based lessons of Christianity.
Moses Dumbs is the founder of the organization, who is helped by his wife Binta Barrie, friends, and family members in the community. Here is more about Moses:
I started this ministry through the support of my family and friends, to serve vulnerable orphan children and adults with the aim to show them the love of Christ Jesus and to full fill the commission given to all of us as Christians to reach out and help the needy, pray for them and teach them about the way of the Lord.
I feel so sorry seeing children or adult suffering without giving them a helping hand. I do spend my time and part of my salary as a teacher to help the needy. I feel it is our responsibility to serve others in the kingdom of Christ by providing them with : food, clothing, education, medical, shoes and the fruit of the spirit etc.
